Projects I am proud of

The skills and principles above, influenced by my own journey of seeking connection and navigating challenges, have shaped over 100 workshops, training sessions, and coaching engagements. Here are some highlights:
1. Coaching future designers: I’ve had the privilege of mentoring students, focusing on their development as ethical and responsible designers while nurturing their personal growth.
2. Facilitating organizational alignment: I’ve worked with over 100 individuals within the City of Tilburg’s primary school system to find common goals, set priorities, and develop a collaborative plan of action.
3. Guiding political collaboration: I helped more than 50 political representatives across Europe co-create vision documents remotely, shaping Volt Europa’s operations on a European level.
4. Enhancing university community safety: I collaborated with the University of Amsterdam to develop a social safety strategy, helping to create a safer and more inclusive campus for everyone.
5. Who Cares for the Carers project: During Dutch Design Week 2021, I coordinated a live 9-day design sprint with teams of design students, focusing on caregiver well-being alongside healthcare stakeholders.
Project Overview:
“COVID-19 highlighted existing challenges in caregiver well-being, including mental and physical stress. Our project gave caregivers a platform to express their needs to ensure their well-being is met. Through an open-sourced, co-creative design process, we aimed to develop real, effective solutions for this critical issue. The process culminated in a manifesto endorsed by key players in Eindhoven’s care industry, showcasing how collaborative design can tackle pressing challenges.”
6. Improving team collaboration: I’ve worked with various organizations to enhance team dynamics by teaching how to create and facilitate co-creation workshops.
7. Helping individuals find purpose: I’ve supported people in rediscovering their purpose, aligning their actions with their goals, and building motivation for continuous learning and growth.
